To all players,
On behalf of the ITF, Tennis Canada and the Academy Aliassime team, we wish to welcome and thank you, for your participation in the J100 ITF COTE 100 tournament, from September 18h to September 26th.
In preparation for the tournament, please read the following information carefully.
GENERAL INFORMATION

HOSPITALITY
To reserve at the official tournament accommodation, the Grand Times Hotel (near the airport) please contact the hotel reception at +1 418-877-7788 or at reservationaeroport@timeshotel.ca
and use the code Tennis0926.
Please note that our tournament is offering “Reduced Hospitality” (Tier 3), which meets the minimum standards set out below:
* hospitality (accommodation and meals) shall commence the evening before singles quarter-finals and/or doubles semi-finals, and end the day after the elimination of the player, or the morning following the completion of the tournament,
* a breakfast meal only is offered,
* does not apply to coaches.
Per Diem:
* will be given to players for the hotel and breakfast, once they finish the competition.
* A hotel receipt must be presented to receive the Per Diem,
* Per Diem must be used by players at the official hotel ONLY for accommodation and breakfast,
* If a player requests a single room, they will be given 50% of the Per Diem for accommodation and breakfast.
* If 2 players share, they will have their room and breakfast costs covered in full,
* Snacks and fruits will be available to all players, starting with the qualifications and will be located in the players’ lounge.
SHUTTLE
A shuttle service will be provided to and from the official hotel and the tournament site on a regular basis. The shuttle timetable will be available at the tournament desk, as well as at the reception of the official hotel.
A shuttle will be provided to and from the airport and train station only upon advance request.
ATHLETIC THERAPIST
An athletic therapist service will be available at the tournament site, free of charge to players, beginning Saturday morning, September 19th, 1 hour prior to the start of daily matches, until 30 minutes following the last match.
YOUR FIRST ARRIVAL AT CLUB AVANTAGE
When arriving at the venue for the first time, you will need to:
1. have your photo ID checked,
2. register at the tournament desk to receive your accreditation (You should register for UNO application prior to your arrival in the club, so you can receive your accreditation) and pay your entry fee.
So please arrive in sufficient time, if your first arrival at the Club is the day of your match.
BALLS
Girls will play with Babolat Gold.
Boys will play with Babolat Gold.
SIGN IN
* Players accepted into the Singles Main Draw or Singles Qualifying are not required to Sign-In with the ITF Supervisor.
* Entered Alternate players (who wish to compete), must Sign-In by contacting the on-site ITF Supervisor, either in person or by telephone. Entered Alternates that do not Sign-In either in person or by telephone will not be considered for inclusion in the draw.
* Boys Singles Qualifying & Girls Singles Qualifying: the deadline for alternates to sign-in is 6:00pm local time September 18th, 2026.
• Doubles Sign-in deadline: Monday, September 21st, before 12:00 (Noon) EST.

Entry fee: 125 $ CAD qualification draw and 165$ CAD main draw (cash only) or equivalent in USD
Draws and match schedule will be published on the ITF website/tournament page shortly after each sign-in deadline
STRINGING
On-site stringing will be available.
Stringing fee per racquet: 21.50$ CAD + tax

PRACTICE COURTS RESERVATION
Before qualifications: free practice courts on September 18th, 14:00 -18:00.
Match day warm-up: practice courts will be available each morning and the following rules will apply:
* The first 30 minutes will be reserved for players who will play the first match of the day.
* The second 30 minutes will be reserved for players who will play the second match of the day.
* Players whose matches are after the second series of matches may book a warm-up court at the control table.
* 30 minutes per player and up to 4 players per court.

Do not leave a voicemail or written message at the reception, control table or on the ITF Supervisor’s phone; players must speak with the control table directly whilst on-site.
