Airport Transfers:
1. Airport Bus - Ground Transportation Centre, take Citybus Airport Route A11, this bus is going to Causeway Bay then get off at the stop "Hing Fat Street", it costs HKD 42. /
2. Airport Express - Airport to Hong Kong Station then transit MTR- from Central station to Tin Hau Station - Exit B. Approx cost: HKD120 . /
3. Taxi - Airport to Victoria Park, Hing Fat Street. Approx cost of taxi: HKD 300.

“Reduced Hospitality” (Tier 3)
• Accommodation and breakfast for Main Draw players (Singles quarter finalists and/or Doubles semi finalists) at the official hotel.
• Accommodation and breakfast per diem will apply in J100 Hong Kong for eligible players only. The accommodation per diem will be based on the room rate offered (before the application deadline) by the official hotel. The organiser will not cover any cost beyond that rate.
• Reduced Hospitality only applies to eligible overseas players and does not apply to coaches or accompanying persons.
• Hospitality starts from the evening before the Singles quarter finals and/or Doubles semi finals, and ends on the day after the player is eliminated, or the morning following completion of the tournament.
Arrangement: Eligible players may go to the tournament office after their match to collect the per diem.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All bookings are non refundable and non amendable. Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
• Booking Deadline: 5 September
• After the booking deadline, any room request will follow the Best Available Rate and will depend on hotel room availability.
• Any no show will be subject to full room charges as penalty.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
• Check in: after 2:00 pm
• Check out: before 12:00 nn
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid international credit card. The hotel will collect payment for the entire stay upon confirmation. In case of no show, the hotel will charge the full room amount as a cancellation penalty to the credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellation or amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
In case of dispute, Nina Hotel Causeway Bay reserves the right of final decision.
