We will offer the hospitality for only R16 for singles and QF for doubls's player from 16th SEP.
Even if you win on September 15th, you will be responsible for the cost for that day.
If a main draw's player shares a twin bedroom with another person, they will be required to pay half the cost.
We do NOT offer the hospitality to the national coach.
=GYM at official hotel=
We do not have the GYM.
Please note that the official hotel gym is a membership-only facility and strictly off-limits to anyone under 18. Consequently, junior players participating in the J200 MIKI are not permitted to use it.The tournament takes no responsibility for any altercations with gym staff resulting from unauthorized attempts to access the facility.

Our tournament is an indoor tournament but the air conditioning at the venue will not be turned on.
Our site must start the practice after 9:00am(can not practice before 9:00am due to The facility is managed by the prefectural government, which has its own rules.)
Off-court coaching will be applicable from the QF in both singles and doubles.
Only those who have a coaching ID can sit in the coach's chair (those who can provide off-court coaching). Please come to the tournament headoffice to pick up your ID.
