Asimismo, cada participante debe asegurarse de que él/ella y/o todos los integrantes de su equipo cuenten con las vacunas o pruebas necesarias para ingresar al país, en caso de ser requeridas.
It is the responsibility of each player and/or team to confirm with their respective embassy whether a visa is required to travel to Puerto Rico. INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL SIGN IN EN LÍNEA – TORNEO J30 RÍO MAR / ONLINE SIGN IN INSTRUCTIONS – J30 RÍO MAR TOURNAMENT
El/la jugador(a) debe enviar un correo electrónico al Supervisor ITF del torneo. / The player must send an email to the tournament’s ITF Supervisor.
El correo debe incluir una foto del pasaporte del/la jugador(a). / The email must include a photo of the player’s passport.
El Supervisor ITF confirmará la recepción y validará los documentos para completar el sign in en línea. / The ITF Supervisor will confirm receipt and validate the documents to complete the online sign in.
PAGOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y SIGN IN PRESENCIAL – J30 RÍO MAR / ENTRY FEE PAYMENT AND ON-SITE SIGN IN – J30 RÍO MAR
Dirígete al shop del Tennis Center en el Río Mar Tennis Club. / Go to the Tennis Center shop at the Río Mar Tennis Club.
Realiza el pago de la inscripción del torneo ($70 USD). / Complete the tournament entry fee payment ($70 USD).
Métodos de pago aceptados/ Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) y Apple Pay.
Visita la oficina del referee/director del torneo. / Visit the referee/tournament director’s office.
Allí se completará el sign in y deberás entregar el recibo del pago de inscripción. / On-site sign in will be completed there, and you must submit your payment receipt.
IMPORTANTE: El/la jugador(a) debe completar estos pasos antes de su primer partido y/o antes de entrar a la cancha. / IMPORTANT: The player must complete these steps before their first match and/or before entering the court.
SOLICITUD DE WILD CARD – ITF J30 RIO MAR
Este formulario permite solicitar una Wild Card para el torneo juvenil ITF J30 Rio Mar, que se celebrará del 16 al 21 de noviembre de 2026 en el Rio Mar Tennis Club, Rio Grande, PR.
Para ser considerado, el formulario debe completarse y enviarse antes del 12 de noviembre de 2026. Ese mismo día se notificará a los jugadores seleccionados.
WILD CARD APPLICATION – ITF J30 RIO MAR
This form allows players to apply for a Wild Card for the ITF J30 Rio Mar junior tournament, which will take place from November 16 to 21, 2026, at the Rio Mar Tennis Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.
To be considered, the application form must be completed and submitted by November 12, 2026. Selected players will be notified on the same day.
