Hospitality begins on the night of Sunday 20th of Sep. for players & Official Coaches and ceases the day after the player is eliminated from the tournament.

In case of cancellation or changes of reservation, please send your request by an email (*email: superjunior-osakahotel@jtb.com) until 3:00 p.m. based on Japan Standard Time on the day before your check-in date, otherwise the following cancellation fees will be charged. The following cancellation fee is based on the date (Japan Standard Time) when the changes and cancellations are accepted.
•On the date of arrival: 80% of total amount will be charged.
•No-show:100% of total amount will be charge
