ELC will be used in all matches starting from the first round of qualifying. The system in use is Zenniz (ITF silver certified).
To compete at WTT Tournaments in 2026, Russian and Belarusian nationals (along with RUS/BLR Player Support Team (PST) members) will need to sign and submit a Neutrality Declaration to the FTA before the Entry Deadline for the event they wish to play in.
Failure to sign and submit the declaration to the FTA by the deadline will see a player removed from the relevant Entry List.

Do note that the Neutrality Declaration process is subject to change at any time, and players should review the factsheet information published within IPIN for the most up to date information.
- The courts are located within a 5 min walk from the hotels (Fennada, Pihkala, Country Club, Humiseva) which are all in the institute area.
- The gym fee is 25 € for the duration of the tournament and can be paid in the Sports Hall with the code TENNISGYM. The gym is well equipped and located in the Sports Hall (dome)
- The practice courts can be booked with a -50% rate in the Fennada reception, Sports Hall or the tennis hall cafeteria. Please tell that you are playing the tournament when making the reservation.
- Morning warm-up slots (30min) for match players are reserved automatically free of charge.
- Restaurant Puhti serving buffet breakfast (13 € or included in the room rate / 7.00 - 9.30), lunch (15,50 € / 11.00 - 14.30) and dinner (17,50 € / 16.00 - 20.00)
