In order to participate at ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors tournaments (and/or ITF World Tennis Masters Tour, Wheelchair, World Tennis Tour and Beach events) in Great Britain in 2026, Russian and Belarusian nationals will need to sign and submit a Neutrality Declaration to the LTA before the Entry Deadline for the event they wish to play in. Failure to sign and submit the declaration to the LTA by the deadline will see a player removed from the relevant Entry List.
Once a player has signed this updated declaration and submitted to the LTA, they will be covered for all other ITF sanctioned events in Great Britain in 2026. However, the ITF/LTA may require a player to re-sign the Declaration at any time if changes are made to its conditions.
Purpose
The purpose of the declaration is to ensure that players and relevant Player Support Team (PST) members (who will also need to sign a Neutrality Declaration if they are Russian or Belarusian nationals) do not use their participation in sporting events to support or promote the Russian and Belarusian regimes.

Player Sign in
Qualifying/Alternate – please note players on the qualifying list no longer need to sign in, players who are on the alternate list still need to call and sign in. Players must call the tournament referee (Olwyn Roy (+447786654949) by 6pm Monday 25th November to sign in. Sign in will open at 3pm on Monday 25th November.
Main draw - please note players on the main draw list no longer need to sign in.

Payment must be made before your first match.
Practice courts
There will be limited practice courts available due to other events taking place. There are no practice courts available on the Monday 25th November.
Practice Courts Tuesday - Thursday
• If you are first round on, you will be automatically allocated a half court at 8am-8:30am, on the court your match will be on. Please ensure you are practicing with another player if possible – no need to call and book.
• If you are second round on, you will be automatically allocated a half court at 8:30am-9am, on the court your match will be on - Please ensure you are practicing with another player if possible – no need to call and book.
• For players out with the above there are no practice courts Tuesday - Thursday, so for players playing on round 3 or after there will be extended warmups when playing your match.
• All other players who require practice outside the above please call to book a court. There will be limited courts to practice on.

This should include routine medical and performance-related healthcare such as musculoskeletal injuries, including outpatient investigation. Insurance must include COVID-19 care if reciprocal home country arrangements do not apply. This should include the whole delegation for the duration of your stay in the UK.
