If you would like an invitation letter you must provide a copy of your passport and iPIN number when requesting an letter. Please ensure you send requests well in advance of the required deadlines to submit your visa applications as required by Australian Border Force.

Temporary Activity visa (subclass 408) - Invited for other social/cultural activity. Cost is from AUD$535. Visas are required for all international competitors AND coaches, trainers, physios or anyone travelling with the player on a work basis. A tourist visa is not the correct visa. https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login for visa applications. Need to select "invited for other social/cultural activity" - do not select sporting activities. Email protourvisa@tennis.com.au for invitation letter. Visa applications may require a copy of health insurance details, copy of passport and the invitation letter from us. Visa applications may take up to 4 weeks to be processed by the Australian Government. Invitation letters will be issued only to genuine players and support staff members with a regular international playing history.

Travel note

Practice balls and practice courts will be available on-site from the day before qualifying. Prior to this day they will be available for purchase at the host venue and court hire fees may apply. Prizemoney will be paid in AUD bank transfer. Draws, order of play and other circuit tournament information, local guide and visitor information and accommodation available on www.tennis.com.au/protour.
Players will need to ensure that the tournament has their most up to date, and correct banking details lodged for receipt of any prizemoney. Prizemoney will be paid in Australia dollars via bank transfer only. All international players must ensure their bank can accept Australian dollars into their accounts.
