2) Stringing services to be paid in cash only
3) Practice courts
a) Open 1 hour before the 1st match of the day and close at 5.00 pm daily.
b) All players are required to book practice courts with the Tournament Facilities Desk.
c) Players should not use the practice courts without prior booking as this will create confusion and misunderstanding among players.
d) Any player who is found deliberately using the court without prior booking on more than one occasion, may be barred from booking practice courts.
e) Indoor Practice Courts will be provided when available in addition to outdoor practice courts being provided.
4) Official Transport
2-way per day Official Transport from the Official Hotel to Tournament Venue will only be provided for players who have confirmed booking at the Official Hotel. Player's Name must be registered in the hotel to facilitate Official Transport daily claims. Players who are out of the competition will no longer be provided with Official Transport. No taxi claims from Airport Transfer.
Players who are staying in the official hotel (Village Hotel Katong) must head to the reception counter to register their grab account with the hotel. Thereafter, the duty manager will guide the players on how to use 2-way daily transport from official hotel to the tournament site. Please provide the duty manager the following information to facilitate registration:
